So, I have offered websites starting at $399.00 on my website to attract clients that want a bargain or need a site but may not have a large budget. This buys 10 hours of design and development time after a free consultation. This is half of what our rates were before the great recession. Now, to stay competitive, and offer more for less, we have picked up business that may have gone elsewhere. If the project demands more than ten hours, then we charge more just like any other business, possibly including your own.
